Get Fully Funded Support Club
This virtual support club delivers coaching and support across all areas of fundraising for small nonprofit organizations. It includes live coaching calls, live interviews, web-based discussion board, tools and resources. Fee: $85 for three months; $275/year.
Lightning Round Coaching Session
Ask all the questions you want about fundraising, planning, Boards, and anything nonprofit in an hour. I'll use my best ideas and creativity to get you on the track where you want to be. Fee: $69/hour.
Executive Coaching
Get answers to all your questions about nonprofit fundraising, marketing, and public relations AND get support to make some big changes all at the same time. For the Executive Director juggling many hats or the fundraising professional new to the job and wanting to improve his/her skills, I offer personal attention in a mentoring relationship. In a weekly or twice-monthly meeting, you'll have the chance to talk about where you are, where you want to go and what you need to be done to get there. I'll share any resources I may be aware of that will help you like books, websites, and sample documents. Download PDF file with more information and fees. Fee: ranges from $150/month to $175/month.
Individual Giving Program
Working alongside your Board and staff, I will help you develop and implement a comprehensive program to raise money from individual donors. We'll start by reviewing your existing marketing plan, donor tracking methods or software and existing fundraising plans. Then we'll evaluate various fundraising methods such as direct mail, newsletter, and website to decide which ones might be a good fit for you. I'll help you develop a Summary Calendar so you can manage everything. And along the way, I'll tell you about best practices in fundraising and give you samples of documents that will help you be more effective in raising money. This project is based on a one-year work agreement. Fee: $10,000 split into 12 monthly payments of $833.
Direct Mail Program
I will help you plan your annual direct mail program and teach you as we go, including choosing themes, writing copy, crafting the package, and measuring the results. We will integrate this program with the other activities you have going on (special events, publicity campaigns, etc.). I will help you put together a multi-level Acknowledgement Plan to make sure that donors are thanked creatively and appropriately, and I will show you how to identify potential major donors and planned giving donors based on direct mail results. I'll also teach you how to leverage your newsletter and public relations efforts to increase your response rates. This project is based on a one-year work agreement. Fee: $5,000 split into 12 payments of $416.
Board Training
I can provide informational, interactive training for your Board covering a variety of topics such as Basic Roles and Responsibilities, Fundraising 101, and Supporting the Executive Director. After researching Adult Learning Styles, I have learned how to deliver effective, memorable training that sticks with Board members long after training. Fees start at $500 for a half-day session.
Planning Retreats
Whether you need someone to facilitate a strategic planning meeting or someone to help you brainstorm about the future, I can help. I am experienced in leading group planning sessions, using the SWOT analysis tool, and identifying goals, objectives, and work tasks. I am skilled at keeping groups on task and keeping meetings light and fun, while accomplishing goals. Fees start at $500 for a half-day session.
